Why one good month is not enough

The audit verifies every monthly cycle across the lookback, so consistency is the asset. A provider that reports well for ten months and misses two has handed the auditor the two months as a finding and invited scrutiny of the rest. • Ownership. A named owner for monthly reporting, so the task never falls between teams at month end.
• A fixed calendar. Measure, map, submit, and seal on the same dates every month, inside the reporting window.
• Sealed evidence. Daily authentication counts and source data stored so they cannot be edited after the fact.
• Mapping registers. Customer mapping and product version mapping kept current, not rebuilt at audit time.
• Boundary documentation. Written multi tenant isolation so shared infrastructure is not counted as one large environment.
• Review. A quarterly check that compares reported counts against deployment reality and catches drift early.
